I had the short ribs (there are no bones, and it certainly tasted and looked more like beef), my wife had the scallops. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. The food quality is excellent, everything tasted very fresh. The portions are small. They don't seem to use any spices. The menu is very simple, and they evidently strive for perfection with every serving.
They bring a bottle of chilled water to the table and pour whenever your glass becomes less than about 2/3 full. Unfortunately sometimes the waiter carries a bottle between tables and pours from that, touching the bottle to your glass. That's a no-no.
We found the food bland. It was nicely presented- a small pile in the middle of an oversized plate. But we left hungry. I could go on about the ingredients and how they were prepared. But I think you get the sense of what I'm saying. We don't intend to go back. There are other nice choices in that area.
