  • Service here is a joke. No one bothered to call and tell us our rings are ready so when we called to ask she had to put us on hold to "go find them" and as soon as she tell us they have them she hangs up on us. Employees are very unprofessional and I guess that's common with all the Kay jeweler stores here in town by the looks of the Yelp reviews lol
