  • Big shout out to Alex, believe he is a manager at this location. We were trying to find a brother for our ferret at home, and wanted to check out every Petco on our side of town. Alex was by far the nicest employee at all the Petcos. He greeted us and also had no problem letting us see the ferrets. Most Petcos give us a alittle bit of a hard time when we ask to hold them. Which we can understand because I'm sure they get asked 100x a day to hold the baby ferrets, so no offense to us. This location even had the ferrets cage set up correctly, so the ferrets can learn to use the restroom in the litter box, instead of the corner of their cages. Long story short, we took home a ferret from this Petco and couldn't be more pleased with him. He is already potty trained! Thanks Alex for helping us! We will definitely be going to this location for all of our needs. Even though the rainbow location is closer. Great customer service goes a long way!
