This is one of the best parts of living in Little Italy. I love having a neighborhood grocery store right down the street. Their sandwiches are spectacular and their beer/wine selection is pretty solid. While groceries (milk, eggs, etc.) are somewhat pricey, it is worth it (to me) to not have to leave the neighborhood for 1 or 2 small items. They also don't put prices on anything except their prepared foods, so it's always a bit of a "surprise!" when you go to check out.
