  • The Asian owner of this Baskin Robins is very abusive to the teenage workers. She covers this up by threatening the kids to not involve their parents. Business practices of not posting a schedule, withholding paychecks, and the poor treatment of the workers should be grounds to be investigated by local authorities. I have heard many complains from parents who's child has worked there. The woman needs to learn better management skills and interpersonal relationship skills. Then maybe she will retain loyal and knowledgable staff. I will not frequent this establishment because of the poor treatment of the kids that work at this location. Be careful because the Asian lady is so cheap she also allows expired items to be sold even when the workers point out that the expiration date is past.
