I like the techs but the business is a joke. I had a spring service done and it revealed that my HVAC unit needed replacing, and it was the age for that. So they gave me a quote and I got a few others and between their techs and their price, went with them. The install was fine but less than five months later the HVAC unit stopped working. I called in and they tried to charge me for the visit out and I said no way, the install and equipment are still on warranty. They did end up sending someone out and he got things running by bypassing a broken part. It has now been two months and nothing.
They don't call to give me a status update and when I call they blantantly lie to me. For example, despite my giving them my name and address they had no idea who I was or why I was calling but when I asked specifically about the part being replaced they said "it's on backorder" instantly, no time at all to even look up something they couldn't see up until then. Now I don't make the mistake of giving the specifics of waiting on a part and they admit theh have me in the system but can't even tell me what work they did for me originally and apparently didn't keep my email.
While writing this I got a call from the service manager, three minutes since my last call, and he knew exactly why I had called and admitted they hadn't even ordered the part.
Again, the techs are great but the office staff are such a failure it is impossible to get past.
