| - The staff is kind, and the doctors seem knowledgable and give you a lot of info and options and opinions based on your circumstances. BUT I still will not be coming back here.
I've called and come in trying to order contacts several times in the last 2 weeks. First attempt, they asked for my name, pulled me up on the computer and asked "Have you talked to the dr about contacts?". I've been wearing them since 2007, so I guessed they missed that origionaly you on my file. They couldn't order them because "it's a weekend".
I came in again and waited 20 minutes to hear "sorry I'm new so I can't figure it out". Not sure why she couldn't ask for help. If the doctor was busy I would've been willing to wait until she could ask for help.
After a few phone calls a week later, I was finally able to order them, and they gave me a free pair to last until they came in. She didn't give me a box for them, and almost forgot the receipt. Later that night, I realized the free pair was the wrong prescription. I called so many times today to get a correct prescription for now, and to confirm that the ones ordered and paid for already were the right prescription too. Today they started going straight to voicemail when I call.
I don't have glasses (my fault), so now I'm sitting here blind due to their mistakes, un familiarity with their secretary's job, (likely due to poor training), and poor customer service.
I tried so hard to be patient with them and appreciate that she's still learning, but enough is enough! And just for the record I'm a generally very patient person!
