rev:text	I'm a sucker for specials, and I've only been here late night for the oxtail soup special, which is only served from 11pm-9am. This really hits the spot after a night of heavy drinking. Las Vegas has a lot of options for late night dining but this is a great place to end your night. It's located only two blocks from the Fremont experience in the Californian casino. The line can be long sometimes at this time of night, especially if there's an event going on in the downtown area. The trick is to designate someone to wait while the rest of your party gambles. The service is average for a sit down cafe. As for the food, the special comes with a big bowl of oxtail and a scoop of rice. The oxtail was juicy and tender, and the rice compliments it perfectly. I recommend ordering an extra scoop of rice to soak up all the broth. For the price, it's worth stopping by when you need something to sober you up.
