Unfortunately I had a very negative experience and business was lost due to the rude receptionist, Beth. I am a new patient and had made my appointment a month in advance, and had been communicating with the office over email. I was unable to confirm the phone call to confirm due to work hours, so I sent an email with my insurance information and the new patient paperwork, as we had been communicating via email previously.
When I walked into my appointment, Beth was very rude and talked down to me and said she had cancelled my appointment that morning due to "not confirming". Even though this was a misunderstanding, instead of her trying to work with me and fit me back in she told me she gave my appointment away and would not fit me in or help me out that day. The way she reacted was very rude and unprofessional, as well as gave me a bad opinion of the business.
