  • Arranged my schedule to have them come out and give me an estimate for a patio cover, built in grill, pavers, and artificial grass (I was planning on giving them alot of business). One would think they would be motivated to actually follow through and send me the estimate - nope. Didn't happen. I actually called and "reminded" them that I was waiting several weeks later for an estimate - still nothing. Finally, I called to voice my displeasure with a manager/owner. I left a message with him/her assuming that someone who runs this business would care - nope. Never heard a word. Keep looking, they don't want your business.....
