  • I wish I could give 0 stars.... Second time in this location and second time I see the place full of flies and bugs. Specially the ketchup station there are insects flying and crawling in the pump... you really expect people to consume this ketchup??? And flies flying around inside the whole restaurant seating in the fries and drink straws is disgusting...!!!! What's more disgusting than the flies is the attitude. When told of this, the staff just shrug their shoulders and say that "they will have a manager look into it"... no signs of concerns... no apologies... as if this is part of the McDonald's experience.....
