Time to time. As soon as we receive one, we receive a call from them, and they help sort through it and dispute the chargeback.
Statements come monthly, and are accessible online. They were able to beat lowest rate I was able to find. Had merchant with Wells Fargo prior, and very difficult to get anything done or receive any sort of assistance when needed. Love the fact that I can contact them, they are local, and are very attentive. If for whatever reason a terminal does not batch (Credit card gets stuck) or I am having ANY sort of issue, they are on it. Same day delivery on paper rolls (for terminals) when I call and need them.
All around, very on-point and customer service driven. Very competent staff (from office folks to service folks). No complaints at all.
