| - Dream Greener took a full week to get me an estimate for landscaping work and mowing service. The estimates were both much, much higher than the others I received, but I was initially willing to spend the extra because they had such great reviews.
However, when I called to check on a potential date, they said they were booking 4 weeks out (so it wouldn't be done until mid-June.) I told them I would sign the landscaping contract right now if they could make it 2 weeks instead. They lost me completely when they said they would be able to fit the landscaping work into the schedule within the next 2 weeks, but only if I also accept the mowing and fall cleanup services contract right now (which I was considering but had not yet decided- still have an estimate from another company coming in.) Either the schedule is open or it isn't; this shouldn't be dependent on my being rushed into the purchasing of other services! Very disappointed.
Edit: knocking my review down to ONE star due to the nasty and unprofessional response I received from Jon after writing this review!

The last time I checked; moving a new client up on the schedule (by two weeks) to meet their expectations is a positive NOT a negative. Yes, we are 4-5 weeks out. People that understand a seasonal service business and especially those that provide quality services, recognize that there is a waiting period.
In addition, we also explained that even with the difficulty with parking and traffic, we would still be willing the mow your lawn starting this week.
People that research our company, our services and our track record, quickly recognize that your review makes no sense and misguided...

6/9/17 Update:
Jon called me the morning after sending the email threat above and threatened me AGAIN with legal action. He said something about it being illegal to share private emails (lol) and that I will be hearing from his attorney if I don't CALL HIM TO DISCUSS REMOVING MY NEGATIVE REVIEW. Fortunately, I have not heard from him since (and obviously have not heard from his attorney, who I'm sure is actually aware of SLAPP laws.)
