Mallard is a huge course with just as big greens. Sometimes you will feel like a boss because you got on in two but then you'll realize the green itself is 100 yards long and you're on the edge. People here are nice. The tee boxes get a little beat up because there is so much traffic, but all and all it is a very good place. When I catch this place when it is not busy I can get 18 in around 2 hours 15 minutes (solo). I am around a 9/10 handicap and I play with people from beginner to expert and I have always found Mallard to be friendly to golfers of all levels. Play can get really slow at peak times, so pack a lunch if you're doing a prime time 18 or better yet get a dog and a beer from the pretty girl in the club house.
