  • Complete ripoff! Stay away from this company! My tenant scheduled Mr Appliance of Henderson to repair a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly. Mr Appliance called me to confirm the appointment and they agreed to call me with authorization in two days when they were at the property and had diagnosed the problem. Instead they cleaned the dishwasher of a broken glass and the repairman was there 25-35 minutes removing the broken glass according to my tenant. He charged $262.50 for this and did not replace any parts. $500 per hour is what a top attorney charges not an appliance repairman. I didn't pay him because that is almost the cost of a new basic dishwasher, but my tenant agreed to pay since he chose them and he was responsible for the broken glass. Even more ridiculous is that the invoice said that the repairman was unable to get ahold of the owner even though he made no attempt to call me. I have the phone log on my cell phone to prove it. He knew that nobody would authorize a charge like this.
