You can tell a lot about a business' focus on customer service by how they treat the customer who returns with an problem to be solved, not just a customer who wants to buy. I came in today with a stool that needed to be fixed that I purchased three years ago from the store. Both of the ladies working (so sorry I didn't get their names) and Miguel made sure I left happy, and with my problem resolved! Thank you! I will be back.
