  • We had zero problems with Landbank.......When we first rented Tina helped us....but she quit and Nicole took over. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with......The house we rented had some issues....I wasn't able to use the dishwasher while there, but that was because it was nasty....and all the landlord wanted to do was 'keep it running'......not the fault of Landbank...... it was the landlord who didn't want to invest money into things like new appliances.....etc. We did have one issue with a plumber they hired, but it was immediately taken care of. The key is this: pay your rent on time, be nice when you call and don't have crazy expectations......and you will have zero problems.
