With the wave of premium buffets hitting Las Vegas (Bacchanal at Caesars, Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan) Studio B is not at the top of the category anymore.
That having been said, it is still one of my favorite buffets in the city. For dinner it is slightly more than half the cost of the other two I mentioned and the food, while not at the same level, is very close. The most notable difference is that this is a more "traditional" buffet setup rather than the painstakingly individual plates of the higher end buffets. Quality wise, I have enjoyed everything I have had there. And yes they still have the typical meat carving stations (prime rib, pork, sausage, fish.)
Let's not forget...Beer and wine INCLUDED. Maybe I have a problem, but that's worth the price of admission for this guy!
