  • Wow is the word! So we arrived and we're going to be seated in the dinning room, but ended up staying at the bar. Don't let this fool you! Great experience and amazing service form all the staff and managers. Bardot food and signature cocktails for sure are meant to be remembered. We started with the Escargot Bardot which was so delicious that you don't want to stop eating! It's a puff pastry made to perfection! Foie Gras Parfait....wow!!! I'm not a huge fan of Foie Gras, but this was so good I seriously could not have enough. I'm sure my dinner partner was not happy since he loves it and I usually let him eat it all... Not this time! It's a ruby port gelee and grilled country bread. Another must have ! Duck A L'Orange- ( duck wings) grilled wings, blood orange , sauce maltaise. cooked perfectly and just enough to keep you happy. Charcuterie Board- it's super delicious and definitely a good dish to order if you have kids or picky eaters. Looks like a flat bread pizza but taste like a million bucks! Very unique taste housemade pate, heritage pork rillete and ham amazing. Onion Soup with all the fixings was very tasty! Nothing to write home about, but if you like onion soup for sure a good choice ! Cocktails..... Well don't mind if I do! lost Generation is a flavor of the old amazing flavors of what a conga cocktail should be. Great balance ! Also the The Ritz was Very tasty and "And God created woman" was a great choice . This place is a must visit when at Aria ! Overall Chef Mina does an amazing job and i lol forward to coming by again to visit and try some other dishes as well as some wines !
