I read these terrible reviews before I moved in here a few months ago and was honestly very scared about the move. I have had completely the opposite experience here and am amazed that people have had bad experiences. Right now I can attest that I see apartments getting renovated all the time, so maybe people had the older style, but I have a renovated apartment and I love it. The cabinets aren't new just painted and there's some previous damage but nothing major. ALL of my appliances and FLOORING are brand new. The office people are really nice and I haven't had any issues yet. Maintenance doesn't really seem to be on top of their schedule so I usually have them leave what I need at the front desk and I pick it up and fix it myself. Sure some people may not like that but it works for me and it still gets fixed on their dime. I smell my neighbors smoking weed a lot, but honestly I haven't lived in an apartment where you don't smell it so whatever can't blame them there.
Some notes though for people thinking about moving here:
Leaving in the morning isn't easy, I leave 10 minutes early and have never been late though so just be prepared.
THE FLOORS: they're vinyl so don't pull your couches or furniture along the floor, pick everything up or you will have to patch the floor and this costs lots of money. Personally, I think the management needs to stress this point or have extra material on hand so that maintenance can fix it.
People here actually pick up their dog poop it's amazing; so if you're gonna be a new tenant don't screw this system up okay?! I hated the dog poop at my previous place and it's nice to finally be able to walk in the grass without worries.
There is no security guard at night, at least that I have seen. And I have seen some weird things already like I called the cops on some guy going from car to car in the parking lot. The cops arrived quickly but I think they should hire a nightly security guard and give the guy a golf cart to patrol.
I love being so close to the golf course and being able to walk there at night.
