rev:text	I have mixed feelings about this Avis/Budget rental car facility. On the one hand, it's definitely not like any other Budget rental facility I've been to, but then again, I think the others were all airport locations. As such, it didn't have that standard polished, professional feel I've come to expect. On the other hand, it met my needs better than the Pittsburgh airport location as it was close by to where I live and, more important, just a few miles from the mechanic's location where I was leaving my car. So for that it won out and I have to be pleased that the car rented to me was just fine. Most important was the fact that they did pick me up and drop me off at the mechanic's location, even though they were crazy busy. For that alone, I definitely will opt to overlook the unpolished aspect of their business when deciding to use them next time. One small note to them, though. The young men (who barely looked old enough to be driving) who dropped me off and picked me up both decided not to wear their seat belts. It wasn't accidentally forgotten because both cars' bell systems constantly dinged at them (and me) every so many seconds/minutes to remind them. So, what's the deal? The young men are in cahoots with one another to be "men" and defy wearing the belts? Again, not a polished aspect of the business but hey! They did pick me up and drop me off, nonetheless, so thanks, guys! Could ya buckle up next time if just to quiet the ugly dinging sounds???
