  • This is, by far, the best massage I've ever had. I went for the Ultimate Relaxation Massage due to the stress of our move and the massage was what I needed. When I arrived, I was cheerfully greeted by the person behind the front desk. She passed me onto someone else, and there was "new comer paperwork" that needed to be filled out, but it could wait. I was assigned a locker, and it contained a large comfy robe and some sandals. I changed and went to the lounge. While in the lounge I completed my paperwork and relaxed listening to Hawaiian music. There appeared to be munchies laid out, but I really didn't look. A few minutes later I was told that Suzanne would be ready shortly. This was not a problem, as I arrived early. I was also asked if I needed anything. The massage was outstanding! Normal massage for the front and Lomi Lomi for the back. Suzanne, of course, asked me where she should focus, and I explained the normal stress areas, and my feet. I love a good foot massage. The pressure was perfect, and of course she asked frequently during the massage how it was. I fell asleep several times, only to wake myself up with my snoring. My 90 minutes flew by. After the massage, I was offered one of the shower rooms. These are multi-headed rooms which are nearly as relaxing as the massages. The water was nice and hot, and then very cold when I switched it at the end. All in all, I highly recommend the Hawaiian Experience Spa and hope to return again very soon!
