  • This is the absolute worst customer experience I've had in over 15 years of solid business travel, averaging 100/night a year in hotel stays. Somehow, I was booked into a smoking room. The hotel is completely unaccommodating in changing it - get this: because I prepaid. . I would rather swallow glass than stay in a smoking room. Good thing Airbnb has an abundance of clean and sanitary alternatives at the same, or better price. extended stay has lost my business for all time.
