  • Just want to say how friendly the staff is here, especially my man Arthur. Even with a large group in front of him bickering over who will pay for who, he's there saying no problem guys, not a single sign of frustration. During the night, one of our kid's balloons flew up and we couldn't reach it. I went to the desk and asked Arthur what we can do about it, he says we can't really get it but what are those kids favorite colors. 5 minutes later he comes over to our group with a yellow balloon and a purple balloon! He made sure these even had a long enough string so that if any flew up we could reach them. He didn't have to do this for us but he did and that's why he has left a memory. Great unexpected service that night, thank you Arthur and team
