| - It was a late weekday afternoon, the hustle and bustle of dundas square around me - spiderman hopping around, a sign with "free information on Islam" written on it, the lady that does name writing with wires ... You know, the usual. And of course, this guy. He rolls out his loud, world - renowned "BELIIIIIIIIEVE" right in my ear. I was startled as I was many times before. I smile, and think all is right with the world.
But is it? These people standing rain and shine, promoting their religion, preaching to deaf ears the importance of good deeds and the scripture. Who is this man? He must have a family, someone to pick him up at night? Is he homeless? Then why does he give and ask for nothing in return?
"If God was one of us, just slob like one of us, just a stranger on the bus, trying to find his way home"
I didn't believe in God before, I kind of do now.
