I must say that the veterinarians that I have dealt with seem fine. My problem is with the office manager and business policies. When boarding your dog, you must pay their exorbitant retail price for Frontline flea medication prior to acceptance. Even if you have just applied Frontline the day before. They require that you bring it in and apply it in front of them. They require that you prove that the Frontline was purchased from a veterinarian. They assert that the Frontline that you bought from COSTCO, Target, or Walmart may be counterfeit. When you need to bring your dog in for periodic vaccinations, you have to pay for an exam, even if your dog was examined with them a couple of months before. I am not against businesses wanting to make money, but I believe that this one crosses the line.
