  • I will never take my car here again. It will be the first and last time. I did not get a simple oil change instead I got major work done that cost $2200. My car was left in the shop for a total of 3 days and 2hrs as they close at 5pm but didn't get the work done till 7pm. Not only that, they promised me it will take 2 days and never did follow ups with me. I was constantly calling to see when my car was done and it was one excuse after another. First, they ordered the wrong part! Second they claimed they had to get a torch to remove a nut. After day 2, my car was supposed to be done early morning on day 3. I called at noon and that's when I found out about the nut. All these delays were due to my own findings, not bc they were considerate enough to call me for updates. At noon, they told me 3pm. At 3pm they said 5pm. I got there at 5:30pm ofcourse giving them an extra 30 mins past closing. Guess what, I waited in the lobby until 6:45pm!! There was dark grease all over my car that I had them wipe off and was so irritated that I just wanted to get out of there. Not only that, I had to take my car back the next day bc it was still leaking oil. They told me that it was due to residual oil and didnt charge me for a steam clean. Are you kidding me? I took my car in due to a timing cover issue, which means engine oil is leaking and as not a standard protocol they don't remove the excess oil. In addition, the following day that I discovered the oil leak, I noticed damage to my vehicle. Aaron, the store manager promised me that I would be able to review the tape of all 3 days as I'm becoming very leary of this shop. He also told me that he will repair my vehicle and I should start shopping around for quotes. Turns out, his promises were lies!! I never saw footage and they denied doing damage to my car!! He pawned me off to Jen Wiens the owner who was really hard to get in touch which. She stated she replied to an emal but there wasn't one. If there was, please produce it here!! This company is fraudulent. Do not do any major work done here if you do not want to deal with deception, poor management and car delays and worst yet more damage to your vehicle!!
