  • I am a total non-gamer and came in with my kiddo who was looking for new and used games to check out. The customer service is FANTASTIC here. And more specifically, Sarah is AMAZING. So much so, in fact, that when it comes time to buy a new gaming system this Fall, this Game Stop will be the only shop getting our business. Who am I kidding? They'll be the only shop getting my gaming business for everything! They offer great advice on what games to get and which to skip, they patiently answer 10,000 parent and kid questions, and they're super friendly throughout the entire interaction. If all local stores boasted these kinds of employees, I'd never shop online. Well at least now we have our local go-to gaming store we can always count on!
