Unbelievable! Just writing about a lousy experience I had with Ultimate. I paid up fromt for PADI e-learning and pool sessions. After I finished the online portion, waited two weeks to hear back. Schedules didn't work out so I asked for a refund of the unused portion and was told I would only receive $75 back from paying $375. In the end I was charged $300 to do a PADI online class that can be purchased directly from PADI for half of that price. Lousy customer service, no return calls, won't be going back there.
