  • I am living here temporarily after relocating from lush Portland,OR. I have been craving some green space in this otherwise dessert community and was very pleasantly surprised upon my first visit here. The park is a beautiful well manicured lawn of actual green green grass set inside the larger park area which includes children's play areas, walking trails, a volleyball court, picnic benches and a small but steep climbing hill which has a gorgeous 360 degree view of Las Vegas. I love to come hear and climb the hill before I spread out my blanket and break out a good book to read under the protection of some nice shade trees. What a wonderful way to spend the day.
