| - Centurylink has no integrity and this foundation of their culture flows through every single one of their employees. I dealt with Centurylong for years, never able to get a straight answer regarding our service interruptions. To bottom line it, their offices edit the reports coming in from the field techs. For example, at our location, we had corroded lines that led to regular service interruptions. We knew this because the techs told us this as part of their explanation as to why they couldn't provide a fix. Naturally, when I contacted their support about this, they just played dumb and gave the, "Well, I can just see what the report says and it looks like your lines are fine." This is because, as a publicly-protected monopoly, Centurylink is obligated to provide a certain level of service. They use editing their field reports as a method to let their administrative employees claim ignorance to their issues. I've taken this issue up Centurylink's ladder and it's amazing how quiet their managers get when you explain the entire situation to them. Like I said -- no integrity as either a corporation or as individuals.
Whenever I hear about mass shootings, my first thought is, "I hope it was at a Centurylink."
