The cancellation policy for this place is awful. It's a nice place and it's fun but I will never spend my money here again. My sister bought tickets for us and our mom about a week ago. Now I have an awful cold and was hoping I'd feel better today, but I don't. So we are just out $35. Their policy is that you have to cancel within 48 hours. Their reason- they have people knocking down their doors to paint and they have to turn people away. The class tonight isn't even full, so there goes that theory. Painting is not that important. Doctors offices don't even have 48 hour cancellation policies. Lesson learned. One, I will never come here again out of principle. Two, I will go to Pinot's Palette, which is right down the street, and not reserve our spots too early in advance because life happens!
