My first Three Amigos experience was pretty positive. We sat outside - I didn't even see the interior. They have a small seating area in front with about 6 tables. They're quite small. The outdoor setting isn't the most ideal - a parking lot on busy busy Central, but that's ok.
They have just enough vegetarian options, but there's certainly room for more. I'd be thrilled if they offered a core veg protein like tofu to add into burritos, fajitas, etc. I got the fajitas and they were pretty good. They come with on a steaming plate piled high with veggies, and another plate with rice (VERY overcooked), beans, lettuce, and avocado. Wish it had been guacamole but again, not a big deal. Only downside to fajitas is you smell like fajitas for the rest of the night!
We didn't get any drinks, but their margaritas are enormous and clearly well-enjoyed by the crowd.
