We were in the market for a complete master bathroom remodel. I had called to set up an appointment. It was set for 1pm with Crystal. She had called around 12:30pm the same day to let us know she would be running a little late. No Problem!
2:30pm is when her restoration specialist showed up. He told us she should be arriving any time now. He took measurements as we discussed with him our ideas.
3:30pm rolls around. He was gone and Crystal had just shown up. Hmmm. A little late in her mind is 2 1/2 hours. I don't know about anyone else, but when it comes to time I am a prompt person. If I owned a business, I certainly wouldn't keep appointments waiting. I would also not answer my cell phone several times during a consultation meeting. Unprofessional? Just a little bit!
After our meeting, she left stating she would get back to us with an estimate in a few days. Well, it has now been over a month without a peep from her. It is very disappointing when you are an eager customer.
