Where to start. 108 out, house full of people and our up stairs air conditioner went out, awesome. Luckily we still had one working so we were able to make due. I called Gabe and he offered to have someone come out late Saturday night. I told him we would be fine and if he could send someone Sunday morning that would be great. The tech Paul was at my house at 8am on the dot. Paul was super knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it myself in the future to save money. He also said to call our home warranty company as it would be a less expensive option then using Dolphin. He then explained pitfalls that other big brand a.c. companies will try to spring on their customers. I understand that I only knew Paul for 5 minutes but it felt as though he was on my side, looking out for our best interest. That is a great feeling. He didn't try to sell me anything but instead gave sound advice. When this unit finally kicks the bucket, I will definitely be buying our new unit from this company.
