  • Janet was very helpful. She even swept out our unit before we moved into it!! She accepted the declaration page of my homeowners, and did not require I purchase their insurance.(As someone else had written). She lives on site, which makes me feel my things are safer. I like the gate hours, which are until 8pm daily, significantly later than the others I looked at. The floor is even, at another facility I looked at there was a lip the entire length of the unit, reducing storage space with no flat surface by 10 inches.
