Definitely a novelty item, as it's easy to get lured in by the sights of the nitrogen tanks lined up behind the counter, and billowing clouds of smoke flowing down towards the floor. The overall effect of nitrogen is to quickly cool the ice cream so no ice crystals form, resulting in a smoother ice cream. That it did, however it felt like they use milk as a base, and not cream -- so you didn't get that nice luxurious feel in your mouth.
Taste wise, however, the MANGO POMELO taste is quite nice and comes with an injection of coconut milk, though where the pomelo actually is, I have no idea. The MATCHA original is quite strong in flavour and almost bitter. The OREO is not bad and comes with crumbles ontop.
It also looks like there are frozen Cheetos that they call frozen breath -- not sure if it actually does anything to the taste or texture, but it's one way to get likes on your Insta feed.
