Overnight it's a whole new team and new owners. Mail is no longer sorted by 1pm. They told me today all mail is sorted now by bh end of day so basically I lose a day. It's almost 9pm and they closed up with a box of UNSORTED mail left to distribute to their customer's PO BOXES. I miss the old team! This would never happen. And the new owner was there today so it happened with his approval....sad. May NOT renew my box. What is the incentive to stay if a business doesn't improve with new ownership? Not a great way to launch new business with existing HAPPY customers.
