| - The grocery store is fabulous. The pharmacy was my "go to" pharmacy until recently. On a few occasions, recently, they were closed well past their posted lunch hours. They promise a 15 minute fill time, or you receive a $5 coupon. This is posted at the pharmacy. The pharmacist said this was "no longer active". On top of that, I took a prescription, from my physician, to be filled. The date was earlier than the previous time. I am self pay. Once in the past, it was filled early, according to physician's prescription date. Yet, recently, they declined. A valid prescription is supposed to be filled. It is NOT the pharmacist's place nor right to override a physician's choice to give a prescription early. For those of us with chronic issues & diseases, this is WRONG. After reviewing laws, and watching videos on this matter, including advice ("get another pharmacy") from regulatory agencies, I will NEVER use the HT Wesley Chapel Pharmacy again, nor will I refer anyone to this pharmacy. Prohibiting regular medication can potentially cause serious problems to a patient. Sadly, the grocery store will suffer, as NO ONE in my family will go here again.
