I called to set up an oil change back in February. They asked for my name, gave me a date and told me to have a nice day. I thought it was strange they didn't ask me for my INFORMATION. Time passes and I don't get any type of phone call confirmation, so I call them. I give them my name and they tell me they have me in the system but I don't have an appointment scheduled. I explain to them that I booked an appointment nearly a month ago and all they can do is book me an appointment three weeks down the road. I let them know that I'm a little upset by the service I've received so far and ask if they can get me in sooner than that. They then explain that I should try calling them after 12pm to see if there were any cancellations. Sooooo... I call on several different occasions to see if there are any openings and every time I call, no one picks up and I get sent to voicemail.
After another two weeks, I gave up on Centaur and went to another mechanic shop to get my oil changed. THE ONLY REASON I DIDNT GIVE THEM ONE STAR is because I felt like I should have been more assertive after they didn't ask for any of my information.
