  • I called this morning to inquire about installing a water softener. I am replacing an old water softener with a new one I purchased at Lowes. I asked the woman who answered the phone the pricing, and she replied that we don't provide pricing over the phone. I explained that this was a simple job, reconnecting a new water softener. It felt like I was talking to a used car saleswoman. She was very ambiguous, wanting to schedule a site visit before scheduling installation. This is a simple task. I didn't feel comfortable moving forward with them based on my telephone conversation.
