| - We were looking forward to the Holiday Light Tour and had greater expectations then what was delivered. We were let off the bus twice, once to walk a cul-de-sac which the neighbors did a wonderful job, but it did not need 30 minutes to walk through, the second was the Mormon Church in Mesa, also beautiful. When we boarded the bus originally, we tried to sit in seats at the front, which was large enough to accommodate our group of 6, the driver told us to move to the back area because they wanted to save for people boarding last, it was their friends, so there was no interaction with any other people on the bus. The holiday music skipped and so some 70's music was put on. Not very festive, although I am a big Neil Diamond fan in general. When when we were unloading back at the Ross, both the driver and his partner were ready with a TIP jar! Really, here's a tip, if you are offering a holiday ride, make it a holiday experience by interacting with the patrons, if your cd player doesn't work, start a sing-a-long, don't stand texting and pointing where lights are while patrons are getting off to walk around, act interested in what's going on! Sorry would not recommend!
