  • Came by for the Grand Opening last year and was fortunate enough to not have to wait hours on end (we waited 40 minutes) for a Japanese cheesecake. The first one I've ever gotten was amazing. Light, fluffy, perfect texture and I was super happy. The second time I went back, I waited two hours which was fine because I knew what to expect and what I'm getting. Unfortunately, the cheesecake I got was severely under cooked and wet inside I couldn't even eat it. I know with the high demands, they are trying to meet them but don't lower the quality of your products. I will go back in the future if there is no line to try them again.
