  • First time customer, I took 2 Shih Tzu dogs in for grooming after reading the reviews here because they are just down the street and a local shop owner rather than a chain (Pet Smart). I wont be going back. I feel they just rushed through this groom. The ears were very poorly done. You can see the scraggly hairs, a result of not brushing them out correctly while trimming. Not that this is a deal breaker but they didnt even bother to put bows in. For a $100, nothing special here...
