  • I went in not planning to buy a phone, but to pay off a bill & get a screen replaced. I had no idea I was due for an upgrade. My little brothers phone was falling apart. So I ended up getting the iPhone 7+ & he got my 6S+. But w the help of Ms. Celeste she made absolutely everything possible. She was a huge help & conversed w us when we had to wait for our phones to back up! My family has been w Verizon for nearly 10+ years. Thanks Celeste for valuing and being patient us. Truly happy w this experience ..... & my new phone ;)
