  • I have had better to say the least. We ran into a water issue and rather than fixing the problem they simply put a band aid on the real issue. I was even told that, by one of their own, that when this was all done I would be ready to kick Platinum to the curb, couldn't be more right. Speaking with them on the phone all they would do is come up with reasons why they did not really make the true fix. I've had home warranties in the past and they were far superior to Platinum. I will not be renewing my warranty. I'd rather pay out of pocket because that's essentially what I have to do with Platinum.
