  • I went in to get new brake pads, a new headlight, and an oil change. After servicing the brakes, the service department neglected to tighten the lug nuts on front, driver's side wheel. About a mile from the dealership, the wheel came off the vehicle. My vehicle sustained damage and the wheel became a rolling missile on a busy Las Vegas boulevard (Decatur). Thank god no one was killed. How the service department remedies the damage done to my vehicle still remains to be seen.
