  • 1. Excellent service... 2. Room was impeccable 3. Food artfully presented and of highest quality 4. Location , location, loc.....hear "The Hall" 5. spa, pool, sauna, steam...what more could you want?? 6. very well priced package. But may I be allowed one gripe, one tiny gripe???At times the bell boys, carhops, 'doormen', were just a tad soppy, drippy with the nicities...all right..that is it...I feel bad saying this, but I really can not stand people who try too hard to impress and really could not give a hoot!! Overall our family of four and my brothers family of three had a very memorable weekend...asked for an upgraded room, no charge, asked for early check in ..no problem, asked to keep car on site after check out, no problem, suggestions, directions, water for the road, chocolate strawberries upon arrival..it is the little things that mean a lot. It was my birthday and I will never forge that weekend...just wish we had more time to explore the city...the area around the Ritz was quite deserted....
