  • I love these ladies, especially Terri, she always takes care of me when I come here. I had some bad experiences with finding local nail salons. I thought I liked one on val vista until I got fungus later. I came in here looking for a botch job fix up after my last attempted botch job fix up ALSO went south and they took care of me FAST. And they were gentle. I could hardly tell she was touching my feet. Because I had such a great experience at that time, I came back and again got Terri and again enjoyed me experience. I moved to NORTH MESA and I STILL drive down here to Chandler, because I know what I'm going to get and its always great. I went there last night, I think maybe my third or fourth time back and Terri was miraculously free again, I know I came late--I had been cleaning all day and was worried about my nails and the dirt. She cleaned me up, and the owners wife came by and did my nails. I had never had her before but obviously she had experience. She accidentally clipped my skin and it bled. I had been hot and sick so it was having a hard time clotting but she was soooo sorry and so apologetic and it was so refreshingly nice for her to care so much--I told her that I had bled in the past--I have sensitive follicles and this was maybe my third or fourth time getting clipped and bleeding actually--but before I never had such attention shown to it. Both she and Terri were giving me anti bacterial drops. they spent a ton of time cleaning it up, making sure it was healthy, she didn't charge me for the service and she even stopped by me while I was in my car outside to apologize again. She said she was just as shocked as me because she said that has never happened to her before. Amazing service. They are genuinely caring and I think they are really good at their job. I love the atmosphere. I really recommend this place! Even going out of your way. Very relaxing, very good.
