  • First of all I have to say that I didn't chose First American because of the bad reviews on Yelp. I chose Nevada title. Well First American absorbed Nevada title in an acquisition of some sort. I found this out after choosing Nevada title for their 5 star awesome reviews on Yelp. So I go to see Jamie Labbe today and sign docs on the sale of my home. I get to the office about 15 minutes early. Just inside the door is a very pleasant receptionist who was very helpful in assisting me with my way around their Keirig coffee maker. I was soon met with a warm welcome from Jamie who came to the lobby to meet me. We proceeded to her office. Very clean, neat orderly office with a pleasant staff. I sat down across from her with my coffee and then she proceeded to explain the paper that held the information about what I stood to end up with after the dust settles. I have been in three different title signings prior to this and by far hands down I felt like a person who knows exactly how to do this procedure is across from me. I didn't find any mathematical errors or an error of any kind. I mean this is the first time every item is correct! Well I'm ecstatic to say the least that I am not having to be upset about mistakes and having to deal with another appointment to sign the corrected paperwork. I have been there with 2 of the 3 prior title experiences. To whom it may concern, I am putting my reputation on the line to tell the people in the vernacular of Yelp! If you arrange a signing with Jamie Labbe you will be on Yelp leaving a 5 star review as I am doing right now!!! Best regards, James
